We bought a duplex apartment in Vancouver and when the real estate agent showed us the apartment for the first time we fell in love with it immediately. Everything in the apartment was built with extreme attention to detail. We immediately decided to buy the apartment. On the day we moved in, we were met at the house by the two builders from Pike Developments – Paul and Michael. The real-estate agent said to us that in her 25 years of selling houses, she has never seen builders show up for the house move-in. Clearly, Paul and Michael were proud of their work, and rightly so.
